What is : 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header?

After adding 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin', it says'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource

For testing, a way to bypass this error is with a google chrome plugin. Over a half a million people are using it. Worked for me.
