I cannot progress, because this is the output from the bottom frame. I could not even get through the first lesson of `<h1>Hello World</h1>`. Concerning. 🙂

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (`</>`) to add backticks around text.

Usually that error message pops up if your browser is not up to date.  
Make sure you are suing that latest up to date version of your browser and the message should go away.
