A bit confused about the certifications

Hi people, just a bit confused about the certifications, I started the Data Analysis with Python Certification but on one page it says there are 6 certifications and on another there are 10. Are we up to 10 now and do i keep doing my Data Analysis with Python Certification.

Cheers, the website is a little confusing to me.
