A question about HTML

Hello friends, I’m trying to make a website for an organization, I have created a simple layout, in the left side I have listed “Staff members, Volunteers, About us and Contact”,so for example, when I click on volunteers> I would like to go to a page where are the volunteers’ names are listed there, how will I do that?
