# A Survey Form Review Needed

Your form looks okay @rameshwarik2. Some things to revisit;

- Keep the test script when forking the pen (`<script src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/v1/bundle.js"></script>`).
  - The test script should be included, with all tests passing, when you submit your projects.

- Run your HTML code through the [W3C validator](https://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input).
  - Since copy/paste from codepen you can ignore the first warning and first two errors.
  - There are HTML coding errors you should be aware of and address.
    - Remember, an `id` must be unique within the document. There’s a reason the sample has “form-group” as a `class` and not an `id`.

- change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button

Looks good @rameshwarik2. Some things to revisit;

- Codepen provides validators for HTML, CSS and JS. Click on the down arrow in the upper right of each section and then click on the respective ‘Analyze’ link.
  - The one for CSS is good. Use it, there’s something to clean up. (The one for HTML misses things which is why I recommend W3C)

- The submit button resizes too small on smaller screens and the text falls out of the button.
- Change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button.
