A true story of game dev death march - the making of Kid Icarus (1986)

For some reason, I was thinking about Metroid, and how it was similar to Kid Icarus. I’d heard they were developed in tandem, and was wondering how they were related.

Sure enough, this came up from a Google search. It’s a crazy story of how an artist ended up single-handedly trying to design and code a Nintendo game by himself. (Normally, teams involved at least a dozen people).
