A very silly question (Relational Database course)

I don’t know what I did, but I can’t no longer see any exercise or anything related to the course itself, I just closed the first tab that popped up and I’ve spent like 20 minutes clicking on anything but can’t figure out how to restart the course or open a new tab to complete the exercise.

Any ideas? I haven’t even passed through the first lesson and already messed it up
