yes you can copy or fork it, if want to learn how it work.
but you can’t submited your work for the RWD certification. as part of the
Academic Honesty Policy

Yes I actually copied it to learn
And made some many changes in it
Looking at the code is fine. But copying the page and making changes to it is not a good way to learn.
I would suggest you write your project from scratch starting with a blank project. You will learn much more doing so and it will be more challenging which is super important when learning new stuff.
