Academic Honesty, and the tasks functionality

Hi Devs, i just noticed somewhat concerning and a bit of a glitch or this edge case might not been thought about it.

Let’s say i’m doing a task project on the website

as an example lets say i’m doing task 10 right now, and i’m really stuck on the task… and unable to solve it anyone on the website can click on task 11 and view code which was pre-filled by the pre-requisite of the task completion and can copy and paste it to achieve the step 10. Please remove the post or hide it so that new learners would not see it

It’s better to ask a real human for help instead of copying the answers and learning nothing.

The academic honesty policy really is about the certification projects though. You absolutely cannot copy or cheat on those.

if you do that, you are not going to learn anything. The step based projects are there to learn things, if you do that, are you going to learn?

That is why i brought it up on the forum, maybe team would be able to disable the steps ahead by disabling the buttons so its not clickable until the task is complete or you are on that step.

The whole curriculum has always been always accessible, if that is going to change it’s not going to be for this iteration of the curriculum
