2 typos occurs in your code:

  1. the first rgba(0,0,0,0.23) ---->instead of 0.23 use 0.19!
  2. A comma ‘,’ is missing after that!

That is the example you should use without any changes!:

box-shadow: 0 10px 20px rgba(0,0,0,0.19), 0 6px 6px rgba(0,0,0,0.23);
