Add a Submit Button to a Form (Glitch?)

Tell us what’s happening:

Hey guys so I am trying to add a submit button within the form however when I correctly add my code the submit button is not popping up, I have an extra row 1-50 one under the original with the same code however I cannot bring the cursor up on it is this a glitch? Wish I could take a screenshot and post it to show you all but I am not sure if that is possible, I am a bit confused and at a standstill any help would be much appreciated!
