The only requirement i keep failing is
Your submit button should have the attributes typeset to submit

Hi @eosemudiamen990!

It looks like you are using a phone because this is the problem.

These types of quotes will not pass the test. When I change the quotes to these “” it works on my end.

The default keyboard on phones does not always play well with the freeCodeCamp editor. I recommend you read the article on using a mobile device to view some tips - most importantly, check out the coding keyboards listed as they interface with the editor well.
