the first thing wrong there is that you are using the wrong quotes. You are using tilted quotes “” when you should use these: ""

I see you are using touchscreen device, a desktop is much more compatible.
Anyway, you will need to switch off smart punctuation from the settings to avoid your punctuation being changed if that is what’s happening
