You don’t need the colon here.

i removed the colon and the number 2 that was marked right was then marked wrong. a bit confused on what to do because i followed the example on the challenge.

Can I see the updated code and test it on my end?

Did you remove the colons from both the anchor tag and hover? Because that would explain number 2 failing.
