Agenda for a study group meeting

I am thinking about organizing a study group in Moscow. But I am not sure what kind of meeting agenda we should have. Considering all the members might be on a different levels, what should we discuss?)

Does anyone have an experience with organization of study groups? Can you please suggest the best way to conduct study group meeting?

if you have their emails, the best way is to ask them with a twitter quiz or soemthing.
Or you can spent the first meeting to get to know one another and talk about general topics such as career …
