All my status has been erased

I’ve read through the previous topics and don’t see a solution. I have tried to sign in with Fb, GitHub, Gmail, and Google and none of it has my progress.

Is it possible you have two accounts, two different emails and you need to sign in with the other email? (I’ve done this before…) (I’m just another user, not a support team member.)

No, I only use one email. My other email is for junk. Like when a sales person asks for my email address so they can send me stuff.
