All three checkboxes should have a value attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag's name and/or there are spaces before all attribute names

I have put all the values equal to the id but still not working I really don’t know what’s wrong in this area. please help me.

value is an attribute for the input tags… it seems you put it in the label tags.
