Angular media queries

I have the following block in my code.

<div class="container-fluid pull-right" [ngClass]="{'full-screen': !getToggleState()}">

This works fine when toggle state is off shows the block at full screen and has the default width if not. But I also have the case that The first time the page is loaded if it’s loaded from a tablet I need for it to be full screen so something like.

[ngClass]="{full-screen': !getToggleState(), 'full-screen': getToggleState() === 'first' && screen-sm-down}"

I’m using bootstrap-3 so there is no real class (that I’m aware of) called screen-sm-down and I don’t think I could use it in my ng test even if it existed. But how would I figure that out in NG?
