ive been an operator for over 7 years, I make a very good income, how ever I hope you enjoy shift work. Are you getting hired on as an engineer or an operator? they are 2 very different things. Our engineers here dont work shift work, but us operators do. The work is easy 99 percent of the time, with your bad days on occasion. I dont hate it, but I am tired of shift work to be honest. Honestly if it wasnt for the benefits and pay I would have an easier time looking for something else.
