O desafio pede para que o form tenha um atributo action com o valor https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo e não é isso que temos no seu código, veja só:

      "/submit-url"alt="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"> 
        </form>

O seu atributo action está com valor: "/submit-url" e não é isso que o desafio espera que seja feito :eyes:

Vale lembra também que o atributo alt é para imagens, de uma olhada aqui: HTML img alt Attribute
