Olá Lucas, o que é pedido é adicionar o atributo value, com o mesmo nome do id de cada input/entrada.

Atributo vai dentro do elemento, como você fez nessa primeira parte:

<input id="exemplo" value="exemplo">

Já esse trecho a seguir está incorreto:

<value>indoor</value>

Então faça o seguinte, aperte o botão “Reiniciar Etapa” para que o código seja reiniciado, assim vai remover as coisas erradas.

Em seguida, adicione o atributo value dentro de cada input, com o mesmo id como é pedido.
