Modificaste el código que ya estaba escrito, Aquí cambiaste la etiqueta de cierre

<label for="first-name">Enter Your First Name: <input id="first-name"/> <label>

Te recomiendo resetear tu código.
Solo añade el input sin “id” o “for” simplemente la etiqueta “input”
