Hi there, I don’t quite understand how to fix this but it seems like campers are willing to post onto other campers threads because of the way the Ask for Help Modal works.
By listing out all the other threads with similar issues, campers get the idea “Hey rather than post my own topic” let’s post a reply onto that other camper’s thread.
I think if we want it to happen less often, something about this process should change.
They click on the “check if your question has already been answered”. And navigate away from clicking on the button that creates a new help post.
