Assignment to use a unorderd list. I can't figure it out

Tell us what’s happening:
I did the assignment for the unordered list but it says I’m wrong even though I do exactly what it says I should. When it says I’m wrong it says I should have an opening tag which I have so I don’t understand the problem.

are you using a letter l or a number 1?
ul is short for unordered list, so UL in lower case
