I don’t get this Q&A posted below. If anyone got clarity, could you please explain?

All Traffic Deny What function does the * rule perform?

Answer:
This rule ensures that if a packet doesn’t match any of the other numbered rules, it’s denied.

Question 2:

Answer:
All Traffic Deny If a request comes in, how will it be evaluated?
