Basic CSS - Set the id of an Element

I need understand why I need to use “/” and the output of /submit-cat-photo. What is the process to this? It isn’t specified or linked to anything within the code.

I think it’s only used for demonstration purposes and serves as a placeholder before they show you the actual/working link to be used.

This was the code prior to the edit, should I have not done the change and instead added another form?

You should not have changed the action attribute.
Instead you should have added an id attribute next to it as per the instructions

Give your form element the id cat-photo-form .
