Seen comments that people were going months stuck on this one problem.
This challenge only seems to work in Google Chrome for all my Macbooks.
Windows seems to be just fine, at least in Firefox.

There is a browser compatibility bug with this challenge for Safari. A fix has been written, and is going through the deployment process.
