i would want to create a menu bar in my website.

but i am struck with how to create a menu bar using html and css.

Show us what you have done so far. Also, are you using Bootstrap? There are plenty of examples on the web, like this. I’m not trying to discourage you from asking, but I would suggest more specific questions. And show us what you’ve done so far so we don’t have to build you one from scratch.
