hello and welcome to fcc forum :slight_smile:

  • there is so many “radio buttons” than it was asked in instructions
  • some of them are missing “opening … closing” tags
  • Outdoor radio button is missing

you can still salvage this code and make this right, but better and easier would be if you “restart” this step and simply “add” two radio buttons, within “form”
