i would ask that you hit the reset button on the challenge first.
you were not suppose to remove any element. seems like you took off the <a> anchor element.

After reseting the code,

<a href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com" target="_blank">cat photos</a> 

you were asked to add a new <p>...</p> to the <a> element.

which means it should have this syntax below

<p>text <a href="freecodecamp.org">Cat photos</a></p>
