I don’t see a value attribute on any of these check boxes.

Also, it looks like you added new radio buttons below the original ones. You don’t want to add any new elements or make any other changes other than what is asked of you in the instructions, which is to add a value attribute to the check box and radio button inputs. I would restart the step to get the original HTML back before adding the value attributes.
