Basic JavaScript - Counting Cards

Hi , can anyone please see what the issue is with this code, Ive stared at it for 30 minutes now, and it all looks good, hoping some fresh / experienced eyes can help.

  **Your code so far**
let count = 0;

function cc(card) {
// Only change code below this line

switch (card) {
  case 2:
  case 3:
  case 4:
  case 5:
  case 6:
    count++;
    break;
  case 10:
  case "J":
  case "Q":
  case "K":
  case "A":
    count--;
    break;
}

if (count > 0) {
  return count + "Bet"
} else {
  return count + "Hold"
}

// Only change code above this line
}

cc(2); cc(3); cc(7); cc('K'); cc('A');
