Challenge: Basic JavaScript - Counting Cards

There are 3 cases, if cards 6 and lower, add 1; if cards 7, 8, 9, do nothing; if another cards, subtract 1

  1. There is something wrong about the (card > 7 && card < 9) condition.
  2. -- count ; this line runs every time, that’s no good
