Basic JavaScript - Escaping Literal Quotes in Strings

I am stuck here. I have tried all the times different answers watching the others

var myStr = “I am a "double quoted " string inside " double quotes".”;

I have been trying with removing or keeping the spaces but nothing changes

var myStr= I am a \"double quoted"\ string inside \"double quotes\".";
