Basic JavaScript - Testing Objects for Properties

Tell us what’s happening:
I am unsure of how to return a “Not Found”.

Describe your issue in detail here.

I believe I have my code pretty sound up to the point where I need to be able to tell if a property is not found in the object and I am at a loss how to exactly do that.
Your code so far

function checkObj(obj, checkProp) {
  // Only change code below this line
  checkObj.hasOwnProperty(obj);
  checkObj.hasOwnProperty(checkProp);
  return obj[checkProp];
  // Only change code above this line
}

There is no checkObj variable. Also, you cannot check if an object has a property that is an object.
