Basic JavaScript - Understanding Case Sensitivity in Variables

I Just cant understand why this is wrong, anybody please help!

// Variable declarations
var studlyCapVar;
studlyCapVar = 10
var properCamelCase;
properCamelCase = "A String"
var titleCaseOver;
titleCaseOver = 9000;

// Variable assignments
studlyCapVar = 10;
properCamelCase = "A String";
titleCaseOver = 9000;
