Watch out for your closing tags. The / goes before the tag name.

You added couple more P tags to the code whereas it asked you to wrap a new P tag around the existing a tag .

To do this insert <p> before the a tag and add the closing p tag </p> after the end of a tag. Simile to this format <p>SOME TEXT<a>SOME TEXT</a></p>
