what’s this annoying blue box that pops-up randomly in the editor when I type? I can escape it by using the esc key but it just keeps popping up once i start typing again! How do I get rid of it please?

As far as I know, there is no such feature in the fCC editor, I see no pop-ups here at all.
Which browser do you use? Check its settings
i’m using chrome browser
if it does happen only in the editor you may have turned on accidentally some kind of autocomplete with some shortcut
