Border around my image should be green

I tried direct green color as i know css in case sensitive but not in the manner of naming color still i tried both ways and than i tried #00ff00 both ways by keeping letter"f" capital and small but still the result is the same,it showing me the violet color on the border.
help me out with this.

Here’s my code and and direct me into the right way by not telling me the exact solution just help me to find right path later i will do myself.
