I have actually downloaded a bracket text editor I have also finished the installation but I am not able to open it can any one help me to open it I use WINDOWS 10

what have you tried to open it? what happens what do you expect to happen?
also note that we are not a support forum for Bracket so the help you can get is limited, you can try to find a support forum for Bracket to ask for more help there
