hello, so i have this problem with my certification, whenever i want to confirm the steps i just did in my certification it freezes, only when i refresh the page does it work. i cant move on to the next step without refreshing my page

Try clearing the cache, using a different browser, or updating the browser.
Sometimes due to server updates things are a bit sluggish. This can last a few days.

Im using chrome, cleared cache and it still bugged. Switched to edge, still not working.

Try reloading the page. Make sure you are using the latest version of the browser, Chrome seems to give the least problems. Disable extensions if you are using them.
