Build a Bike Rental Shop

Hi,
FreeCodeCamp and GitPod are very bugy.
When I want to continue a tutorial after a time (a day or less than a day) I receive always following error:

camper: /project$ psql --username=freecodecamp --dbname=postgres
psql: error: connection to server at "127.0.0.1", port 5432 failed: Connection refused
Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?

How can I continue my tutorial without problems?

Ok, I found the workaround very quickly.
When I start the project in VSCode, I receive the error.
I open the GitPod workspace again and I start the project in browser. A VSCode in browser is opened, when I press the Command Plate->CodeRoad:Start, it starts the tutorial from the beginning. First lesson is “write echo hello terminal” or something similar. I write “echo hello terminal” and then go back to VSCode application, I try again starting psql with psql --username=freecodecamp --dbname=postgres and psql terminal starts and tutorial continues where it is left.
It is very annoying but I couldn’t find any solution.
