The round() function is not rounding. I’ve followed the instructions explicitly several times, thinking I missed typed something, but I have not. I’m also quite certain that my code is correct, but obviously it is not. I’ve also examined others with this problem, but that did not help. I would like to show you my code, but I’m not certain how to do that in this app. I used Snipping Tool, which stored it as a .png file, but could not copy it because I was told that file type was not accepted. What I need is someone to take me by the hand and guide me through the process of submitting a help request.
If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge and need some help, click the Help button located on the challenge.
The Help button will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

here you choose “Create an help post on the forum”
which then it opens this
here you do the checkboxes, and then write your issue (your code will be automatically included in the next step most of the times), and then press submit
Then it opens a prefilled forum post, you check that your code was included (sometimes it is too long but it’s rare), if it’s not add in your code, if it’s there just use the Create Topic button
