Tell us what’s happening:

In building Boilerplate, when I opened the VS Code → View → Command Palette →
Then I’m trying to command for “CodeRoad: Start” but it’s prompting that ‘command coderoad.start not found’.
Can you please help through this?

You may have to install coderoad manually from the extensions area if you are doing this locally.
