Tell us what’s happening:

Step 16, I have
if not isinstance(shift, int):
return “Shift must be an integer value.”
but it says
Your if statement should use True as its condition.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I sometimes get a bit ahead of myself. I’ve finished the caesar cipher now.
