You need to turn the words cute cats into a link. To do that, you wrap the words around the anchor tags <a></a>. The words go between the opening and closing tags, so this <a cute cats href= is incorrect.
You should reset the step to get the original text back. Once you get the text, find the words inside the text and use the anchor tags around them.
