I am doing cat Photo App Step 27. I am unable to isolate the term that is supposed to be linked.

There are a few syntax issues here.

Here’s an example of the correct syntax for turning a portion of text into a link:

<!-- Text without link -->
<p>Please visit my website for awesome content</p>

<!-- Turning 'my website' into a link -->
<p>Please visit <a href="example.com">my website</a> for awesome content</p>

Note that attributes always go inside the opening tag of an element. Also correct spacing is important for syntax and also for formatting/styling.
