I’ve followed every step in the guide why won’t it work?

I’ve been staring at this for an 2 hours not knowing what to do and what’s the problem maybe it’s my newbie brain can someone enlighten me with how this is suppose to be written

you have only assigned one word to botIntroduction not the whole “My name is” part

This instruction is asking you to use a bot variable, but I don’t see any variable.
