### Tell us what’s happening:

Why the hell is this not correct? Steps 5,6,7 are apparently incorrect even though I’ve tested the code myself.

function isLeapYear(year) {
  if ((year % 4 === 0 && year % 100 !== 0) || (year % 400 === 0)) {
    return `${year} is a leap year`;
  } else {
    return `${year} is not a leap year`;
  }
}

let result = isLeapYear(year)
console.log(result); // "2000 is a leap year"

```
