This should be a nested inner loop, so check your alignment. Then pay close attention to the message you are asked to print. It must match the instructions exactly. If the message in the instructions uses single quotes, your code should also use them. And you will need to define value per the instructions:

You will need to take the key from invalid_records and look up the value in dictionary.
